NoEffort AI provides an AI-powered platform for creating social media videos with minimal effort. Our services include automatic generation of voiceovers, addition of background music, incorporation of relevant images and videos, and inclusion of transitions and animations to produce high-quality, engaging videos based on user inputs.

3. Account Registration and Use

• To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services.

4. Credit System and Payments

• NoEffort AI operates on a credit-based system. You can purchase credits starting from a minimum of $10.
• Credits do not expire and will remain in your account until used.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify our pricing and credit system at any time.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

• You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You agree not to use the Services: a) In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation. b) To create or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. c) To impersonate or attempt to impersonate NoEffort AI, a NoEffort AI employee, another user, or any other person or entity. d) To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by NoEffort AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
• You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. By using our Services to generate content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NoEffort AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• a) Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
• b) Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
• c) Any content obtained from the Services; and
• d) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NoEffort AI disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
